1. Overview

At Gimar Ventures Limited, we are committed to supplying quality tools and machinery.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, returns may be accepted under the conditions outlined below.


2. Return Eligibility

A product may be returned if:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of purchase
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components are included
  • A valid receipt or invoice is presented

All returned items are subject to inspection before approval.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or installed machinery
  • Electrical or electronic tools once powered or installed
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery
  • Provide proof of purchase and clear photos (if applicable)

If confirmed as defective (not due to misuse), we will:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace it (subject to availability), or
  • Offer a refund at our discretion

Manufacturer warranty terms may apply.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method where possible
  • Delivery or transport charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be allowed for:

  • Incorrect size or specification purchased
  • Product upgrade (customer pays the price difference)

All exchanges depend on product condition and availability.
